1. Do you have an App for iPhone?
You will be happy to know that we have released an updated version of our app in the apple store which now you do not need to login.

2. Is there an app for my Android phone?
We have launched our Adnroid app to the Google Play store. As there are so many different Android phones and tablets, we haven't been able to test the app on every combination and some lower end spec tablets will not be supported.

3. I'm having trouble using your site on my Android Device
Using your Android phone.
You need to clear your cache, cookies, password data, and history then I want to you to follow this video and turn on and off and on again all the settings. As I said most Android settings are almost the same and you should set it up the same as this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcMMrHzd6BU Then when you have done all that I want you to turn the phone off and this will do a soft reset, leave it turned off for one min, then turn it on again and go to m.tvcatchup.com and login in with your details, before you do this could you check your details are correct by logging into the main website at www.tvcatchup.com if you login there okay then proceed with logging into your phone.
4. I can't remember my password
Please go to the following address http://www.tvcatchup.com/login_help.html
Enter your email address that you signed up with > check your email > click the second link in the email > then you will be taken to a page where you can enter your own password > click confirm > then login.
5. Can I watch past programs?
We were the first site to offer a cloud based PVR, but we withdrew this because of a legal argument. However with TVCatchup you can catch up on Live TV wherever you are by using your computer or mobile many other methods allowing more of viewing.
6. I can't watch TVCatchup, it keeps telling me that my adverts are blocked. How do I fix this?
TVCatchup is a free service, but it depends on advertising revenue to support our services. However, some users may experience difficulties using the service if ad blocking software is used. In order to continue using TVCatchup and ad blocking software at the same time, the following domain exceptions must be added to your filter list:
objects.tremormedia.com (required)
demo.inskinmedia.com (required)
inskin.vo.llnwd.net (optional but will help if TVC remains blocked)
If you add these domain exceptions to your ad blocking software filters in your adblocker or antivirus TVCatchup will work as usual.

7. Cannot login on a iPad
if you are having problems logging into the iPad website, please try the following steps as the iPad's settings are terrible and always losing their configuration.
1. Close the TVCatchup in your iPad Safari Browser with the home button.
2. Go to Settings->Safari
3. Ensure that Javascript and Plug-Ins are Enabled. (Turn them OFF and ON again) For the OS4 there is no plugin option so just complete the Javascript bit.
4. Ensure that "Accept Cookies" is set to "From Visited" or "Always"
5. Click "Clear History"
6. Click "Clear Cookies"
7. Click "Clear Cache"
8. Turn your ipad completely OFF for a few moments, then turn it back on again.

9. Open Safari Browser
10. As to Step 1, TVCatchup should be closed. So now type "http://ipad.tvcatchup.com"
11. Click the "Login" button
12. Enter Username
13. Enter Password
14. Click on the Orange "Login" button.
15. The page should now refresh and say "Logged In as USERNAME" in green at the top?
16. Select a channel and watch TV

8. Cannot login on a iPhone
If you are having problems logging into the iPhone website, please try the following steps as the iPhone's settings are sometimes problematic and lose their configuration.
1. Close the TVCatchup tab in your iPhone Safari Browser.
2. Close Safari
3. Go to Settings->Safari
4. Ensure that Javascript and Plug-Ins are Enabled. (Turn them OFF and ON again) For the OS4 there is no plugin option so just complete the Javascript bit.
